Shana Tova!

From our family to yours, wishing everyone a sweet, healthy and happy New Year!

Getting ready for Stella's first Rosh Hashana has been tricky - trying to clean up, cook and do a little baking with a baby who doesn't like to nap can be a challenge. Luckily, I was able to make a nice looking little challah last night and some honey cakes (hmm. . . not sure how those came out) while she slept and quickly put together an apple cake this afternoon. And then daddy took her out for a walk so she'd nap in the stroller. It was a very productive walk for Stella, as daddy stopped at Old Navy, which is just down the road from us.

What, you're reading this post for a picture of Stella? Okay! Here she is, exploring her "new" exersaucer (thanks to cousin Noah who is now too big for it) while we finish getting ready.
